Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates The Providence Group for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Video/DVD Promotion category for its brand video, ‘Make Space for Life.’ Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The Make Space for Life video is showcased as the welcome video on The Providence Group’s YouTube channel and it is prominently displayed on the website homepage. Once the rebrand video was online, The Providence Group also promoted it via social media and eblasts to its database of onsite and online prospects. As a part of the ongoing follow-up, all new leads receive a welcome email along with a link to the Make Space for Life video.

The Providence Group transformed its brand in a year-long branding process and created the new logo, look and message/tagline – Make Space for the Life. Along with the rebrand efforts, the builder created this brand video to communicate the essence of The Providence Group and evoke an emotional connection with the brand. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, while a video is worth so many more! The brand video was created to help home buyers understand and get drawn into the essence of the Providence Group and the lifestyle its homes and communities provide.

The video showcases the home interiors, home exteriors, quality finishes, amenities and lifestyle The Providence Group’s communities provide, while the voiceover speaks to the new brand messaging and company tagline, Make Space for Life. Based on over a year of rebranding efforts including interviews with employees, realtor partners, vendor partners and home buyers, the new brand, along with the perfect script and images, were pulled together to create this compelling brand video.

The video features strong messaging and images that draws home buyers into The Providence Group brand while explaining why they build homes to allow buyers the space that matters most – To Make Space for Life. The video speaks to not just one community, one product type, one price point – it speaks to what The Providence Group stands for and offers in all its communities.

The video has also been viewed almost 5,000 times. The strong rebrand combined with marketing components like this video is what has created the builder’s continued success. The brand video was created to communicate the essence of The Providence Group and evoke an emotional connection with the brand, and the mission was successful. The video was also a huge collaboration with the creative team, video team, and The Providence Group employees (construction, sales, etc.), and they filmed the entire video in a 15-hour day!

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 38th anniversary in 2018.
