The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC, a Green Brick Partner, plans to release the initial pre-sale lots at Waterside, its highly-anticipated river-front, master-planned community in Peachtree Corners, in early April. Featuring a combination of single-family, townhome and duplex townhome options, Waterside is a $320 million joint venture partnership between The Providence Group and Atlanta-based active-adult land investment group East Jones Bridge River Holdings, LLC.
Located within the largest city in Gwinnett County at the epicenter of Peachtree Corners, Waterside offers 0.5 miles of Chattahoochee River frontage and sits adjacent to the 30-acre Jones Bridge Park, within 1.25 miles of shopping, dining and entertainment at the city’s newly constructed Town Center.

Preliminary pricing at Waterside is projected to start from the low $400,000s for duplex townhomes and range into the mid-$600,000s for single-family homes. The first phase will feature 56 single-family cottages with open-concept designs, three-to-four bedrooms and main-level owner’s suite options, as well as three-story single-family cottages with four bedrooms, media rooms and optional elevators.
The community’s 91 two- to three-story townhomes will feature three-to-four bedrooms, two-car garages and optional elevators. Additionally, The Providence Group will introduce a new line of 30 unique duplex townhomes with lofts and private garages.
“The age-in-place vision for the community will offer homebuyers the ability to purchase a new home in a neighborhood with limited availability where senior-focused living is planned for later phases,” Warren Jolly, president of The Providence Group, said.
