With new home sales continuing to pick up the pace throughout metro Atlanta, it’s no surprise to see builders reporting high closing numbers for the first part of 2014. Currently, there are only two single-family homes remaining. With construction just beginning on these homes, buyers still have time to make many of the selections for upgrades and the design scheme within the home. There is also an assortment of ranch condominium homes still available that offer move-in dates from now through the end of the summer.
