At this year’s 42nd Annual OBIE Awards, The Maxwell by The Providence Group was awarded the OBIE Award for Mixed-Use Community of the Year! The OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA). Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates The Providence Group on this fantastic win!
The Maxwell is a mixed-use community tucked off South Main Street in Alpharetta. Adjacent to retail, restaurants and entertainment, including Fairway Social, downtown is just a walk away. The residential portion of the community was designed with urban, mercantile-inspired townhome and condominium elevations along quiet streets to provide an authentic city setting. The location is just half a mile away from downtown Alpharetta.
The Homeowner’s Association maintains all property landscaping, allowing residents time to enjoy community amenities. Onsite amenities include a clubhouse, neighborhood pool, fire pit, bocci ball courts and direct access to the Maxwell retail center.
