At this year’s 42nd Annual OBIE Awards, The Maxwell by The Providence Group was awarded the OBIE Award for Mixed-Use Community of the Year! The OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA).
