It’s official, the old-school hair perm has transformed into invigorating lash perms. On today’s Around Atlanta episode of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio, we have the only Lash Lounge owner in metro Atlanta that can provide this popular beauty trend. Co-hosts Todd Schnick and Carol Morgan are joined by Cathy Snyder, owner of the Lash Lounge’s Sandy Springs location, to talk about the beauty trend that is hot on the market.
The Sandy Springs location at 4600 Roswell Road, Suite #E140 in the Gateway Center is the first Lash Lounge in Georgia and the company’s 16th salon in the United States. Cathy began her career in beauty after achieving an engineering degree and spending several years in the sales and marketing industry. After taking a break from the workforce to raise her daughter, Cathy was motivated to do something new and show her daughter that you can do anything you set your mind to.
After seeing how the franchise empowered women, Cathy made it her mission to help women look beautiful and feel more confident on a daily basis. The convenient location allows Lash Lounge to serve not only Sandy Springs residents, but the Buckhead, Dunwoody and other surrounding areas. What makes Lash Lounge different from other companies who provide similar services is the expertise of the stylists and their ability to customize designs for each individual guest by creating relationships and using their face-mapping technology.
The key to the Lash Lounge’s service and success is the consultation between the stylist and the client. This first two-hour consultation helps stylists understand their client’s lifestyle and what they hope to achieve through select services. The second key to success is the face-mapping technology that gives an evaluation of your specific features and measurements. This data paired with a stylist who takes the time to know your preferences is how you will get a customized design that looks best on your eyes and face.
Last year, Cathy won several “Best of 2017” awards and has recently been nominated for the 2018 small business award by the Sandy Springs Chamber of Commerce. She attributed her success to the inspiration from Anna Phillips, the CEO and Founder of The Lash Lounge franchise and her amazing staff, stylists and families. She also notes that her success would not be what it is today without the motivation of local business owners and networking groups.
