Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates The Interior Partners for winning a Gold OBIE for Best Interior Merchandising- Detached Models $200,000 to $299,999 for the Camden model home at The Gardens of Harmony. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The Camden model was designed to appeal to not only young families with small children but also to empty nesters that have grandchildren. The color palette chosen was light and bright to help appeal to a variety of generations. The layouts of the rooms were designed to show function, as well as comfort for families with details such as a soft ottoman rather than a cocktail table. This model is in a modest price range, therefore the trim details and light fixtures were carefully selected so that they did not overpower the price point of the home. Specialty paint was used on the upper level to create whimsy and memory points in the play loft and in the twin’s room.
