Graydon Buckhead resort-style livingat night

Graydon Buckhead, a boutique community of just 45 condominiums in a 22-story tower, offers residents so much to do at home that they may never want to leave. However, the stellar location in the 2200 block of Peachtree Road makes it hard not to venture out for fun.

Let’s Go Shopping

Located near Peachtree Battle Avenue, Graydon Buckhead places residents across from the casual shopping at Peachtree Hills, close enough for a Saturday morning stroll through the Peachtree Road Farmers Market, and near conveniences like Whole Foods Market or Trader Joe’s.

But when the shopping vibe becomes more serious, Graydon Buckhead residents are also a hop and a skip away from Atlanta’s Rodeo Drive. First is the Buckhead Village District, an eight-block, walkable neighborhood with everything from high-end retail such as Hermes, to local boutiques and galleries, to bowling and casual dining options.

Just up Peachtree Road are two of Atlanta’s most famous shopping venues, Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. Comprised of more than 1.5 million square feet of retail space, Lenox Square has 198 stores on four levels. Its anchor stores are Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s. A popular destination since it opened in 1959, Lenox Square is continually updated with the newest looks and most popular stores.

Across the street, Phipps Plaza is an upscale shopping mall often referred to as the slightly younger sister property of Lenox Square. Known for its rich mahogany walls, marble floors and glass elevators, Phipps Plaza is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom.

A Night on the Town

Buckhead is known for its mix of dining options. There are far too many to list, but one to try is Chops, an Atlanta icon that consistently ranks as one of the top ten steakhouses in the country and has a classic steakhouse feel. It’s far more than just steak, though. Fresh seafood is flown in daily.

Right next door, The Garden Room features a relaxed and stylish ambiance and a chef-driven small plate menu. Another popular spot with a small plate menu is Yebo Beach Haus, known as Yebo Ski Haus in winter. The cuisine mixes South African and New American food.

After dinner, check out performances at the Buckhead Theatre, which has been the site of sold-out shows of every musical genre. Or go dancing at Havana Club, a fixture on the Buckhead nightlife scene since its opening in 1996.

Go Outside Without Leaving Home in Graydon Buckhead

At Graydon Buckhead, there’s no need to leave home to spend time outdoors. The community’s large amenity plaza includes a pool for swimming laps or relaxing, heated spa, covered gazebo, gas firepit, an outdoor kitchen with gas grills and even a yoga lawn. Each home has its own terrace with glass railings, perfect for intimate outdoor dining. But if the outdoors still calls, numerous parks, golf courses and trails are nearby.

Graydon Buckhead 2- and 3-bedroom homes range from about 2,000 sq ft to about 3,500 sq ft and are priced from $1.7 million. Construction is slated to complete in early 2022. To learn more about Graydon Buckhead, visit www.TheGraydon.com. To schedule a private presentation, call 404-301-5302.
