The second annual 50+ University Day will be held on Thursday, October 18 at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia Hotel, and will be hosted by the Atlanta 50+ Housing Council. This event will feature education sessions about industry-related topics concerning the growing Atlanta active adult demographic, and will encourage networking and sharing of ideas among industry experts.
This event’s registration, networking and breakfast will be held from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Educational sessions will be held from 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. and will include relevant topics such as “Design Trends: The Multigenerational Builder & Buyer” and “Marketing to the 50+ Buyer.”
This event is approved to earn up to six Builder License and CPHB credits, and the morning class entitled, “Aging in Place…Catch the Wave,” is also approved for 3 GREC Continuing Education Credits. 50+ University Day will end with cocktails from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., allowing attendees extra networking time at the end of the day.
