The Wulfers Home in downtown WoodstockThere are many holiday festivities that can be added to the holiday to-do list. This year, be sure to put the 18th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes presented by the Junior Service League of Woodstock on your list! On Saturday, Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 9 from noon to 5 p.m., grab a cup of hot chocolate as you ride downtown Woodstock’s new Trolley to some of the city’s most spectacular homes that are all dressed up for the holidays!

While walking in downtown Woodstock, it’s hard to miss the beautiful condos set above all of the shops. Perched at the very top of these exclusive condos, the penthouse blends walkable urban living with small town community. The Wulfers Home is the prime spot to sit back and watch the night unfold.

The penthouse features a clean, modern design tempered with more rugged, rustic elements. Upon entering, the open floor plan welcomes you to come in and make yourself at home. With the wide windows, custom leather couch and impeccable décor, you would think you just arrived on the set of a magazine cover shoot. The owner, Jason Wulfers, also made sure to add his own personal touches to his home as there are hints of his sense of adventure, fun and humor.

Decorated for the Holiday Tour of Homes by Kimberly Cater Hogan of Red Key Interior Design, this stylish penthouse will be anything but “cookie-cutter.” Kimberly has used the existing interior design and blended more eclectic décor with a touch of “industrial chic” holiday décor, all while maintaining those holiday feelings of warmth and festiveness. This space is ready for relaxing on those cold winter nights or enjoying a fabulous holiday party with your family and friends.
