Leading Southeast Developer Terwilliger Pappas announced the development of Solis Dresden Village this summer in partnership with CONNOLY, an Atlanta-based real estate investor and developer. The mixed-use development will deliver 176 residential flats and seven townhomes to the Brookhaven submarket under the company’s marquee brand – Solis. Assisting with the on-site retail component, CONNOLLY will support the development of 30,000 square feet of sidewalk-facing retail.
