terra alma adds two associates to its team: Kanika Bradshaw and Courtney Hewitt.

terra alma, a leader in innovative commercial real estate solutions, announces the addition of two associates to its team: Kanika Bradshaw and Courtney Hewitt. With their diverse expertise and passion for empowering location businesses, Bradshaw and Hewitt embody terra alma’s mission to connect dreamers with the spaces they need to thrive.

Kanika Bradshaw, Associate

A licensed Realtor since 2019, Kanika Bradshaw transitioned to commercial real estate full-time in 2023, combining her entrepreneurial spirit with her dedication to the wellness and beauty industries. Bradshaw, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, draws on her healthcare background to focus on wellness-centric spaces such as spas, beauty suites and Pilates studios.

Originally from Miami Gardens, Florida, Bradshaw has called metro Atlanta home for a decade. She is active in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors mentorship program and a Project REAP 2024 graduate. Her thoughtful and intentional approach has already secured her a roster of impactful projects, including expanding pizza and taco franchises into the Atlanta market.

“What I love about working for terra alma is that I can truly be myself,” Bradshaw shared. “As a woman in an industry traditionally dominated by men, finding a firm aligned with my cultural values was essential, and terra almas’ energy and authenticity is the perfect fit.”

Bradshaw will focus on developing retail and industrial projects in Henry, Clayton and South Fulton counties, working to connect businesses with ideal locations while elevating wellness-oriented ventures.

Courtney Hewitt, Associate

A West Cobb resident with a B.S. in Mathematics from Georgia Southern University, Courtney Hewitt blends analytical expertise with creative problem-solving. With a decade of experience in corporate America, including roles at Chick-fil-A, GPS Hospitality and CoStar, Hewitt brings a robust skill set in lease analysis and tenant advisory services.

Hewitt transitioned into commercial real estate to pursue her entrepreneurial vision, founding The Property Personal Shopper, connecting entrepreneurs with tailored commercial spaces. Her passion for emerging brands and community-focused ventures attracted her to terra alma.

“terra alma stood out immediately,” Hewitt said. “Edie’s bold vision and focus on empowering women and underserved businesses resonated with me. Here, I’ve found a team as committed to innovation and impact as I am.”

Hewitt hit the ground running, securing her first client within 30 days of joining and contributing to significant projects, including tenant advisory for The Hawkins in Chamblee and Brownsville Pointe in Historic South Atlanta, a personal full-circle moment as it’s located next to her high school alma mater.

A Shared Vision for Empowerment and Growth

Edie Weintraub, Founder and Principal of terra alma, celebrated the new additions, “Kanika and Courtney bring energy, expertise and authenticity to our team. Their dedication to empowering local businesses and their commitment to excellence align perfectly with terra alma’s mission. We are thrilled to have them on board.”
