Tamra Wade, Owner and Broker of RE/MAX TRU is proud to celebrate the second anniversary of the brokerage’s opening! Started in 2018, RE/MAX TRU was the next step in Wade’s dream, which began with the formation of the Tamra Wade Team in 1999, to provide careful, personalized services to individual buyers and sellers.
Wade, who started her career as an onsite sales consultant, eventually managed the sales for 30 communities at one time for one builder. Since then, she has grown and expanded her business into existing home sales and buying services-using the company’s extensive new home sales expertise to help individuals market their homes. Tamra cites her love for a challenge and being multifaceted as the main reason for opening her own brokerage.
“I have always been strong at multi-tasking a wide range of duties, which as a broker range from developing the skills of my agents to managing the growth of the brokerage,” said Wade. “I feel like one of my strong suits is to give help in sensitive situations, such as team and culture building, conflict mediation, and handling the ups and downs of the day to day world in real estate.”
Wade’s goal for her brokerage in the coming future is for it to be a destination workplace for agents, brokerage known for caring and growing its agents and living the real estate world right alongside with them. And they are well on their way.
