Builders and homeowners in the metro Atlanta area can now have the peace of mind of StrucSure Home Warranty with the company’s move to the Southeast. The firm has hired Cindy Huber as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Eastern Division.
Huber has worked in the residential real estate industry for more than 25 years, most recently as publisher of KNOW Atlanta Magazine, a position she held for eight years. Huber began her real estate career in Louisiana in the home-warranty business. She has also worked directly with builders through the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and extensively in the Atlanta metro area.
Home warranties provided by quality builders have been around for decades to ensure the structural integrity of new homes. Home warranty companies provide a neutral link between homebuilders and buyers should a structural defect occur in the first 10 years of home ownership.
StrucSure can customize packages for individual builder needs, working with each company to develop the best product for their buyers. It targets boutique and small to mid-sized builders to offer an affordable value-added program.
If there is a dispute between builder and buyer, StrucSure Home Warranty will bring in Construction Dispute Resolution Services (CDRS) or a mutually agreed upon arbitration service to settle the dispute out of court. CDRS works exclusively in the building industry and understands the problems.
