St. Bourke, an Atlanta-based asset management and property development company, announces Stacia Dangerfield as a new planning and design associate. Dangerfield works with the planning and design vice president and manager on development projects in the St. Bourke portfolio.

In addition to guiding the planning and design processes for small- and large-scale residential projects, Dangerfield manages the scope, briefing procurement, and preparation of key planning and design deliverables. These items include project visions, concept layouts, illustrative master plans, land development plans and plats and architectural guidelines.

Prior to joining the St. Bourke team, Dangerfield held various roles at several national planning and design firms including HGOR, where she was involved with the design of the iconic Trilith mixed-use development, and EDSA, one of the world’s leading landscape architecture firms. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of landscape plans, construction documents, and grading plans, as well as hand and computer renderings, 3D modelling, and CAD drafting. Her experience spans both domestic and international projects including Vanke Dongguan in China.

Dangerfield holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia.

A member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Dangerfield has served on the Broward section event planning committee and host booth committee for the 2020 ASLA National Conference in Miami. She also worked as the volunteer coordinator for Broward County’s PARKing Day in 2019. She is the first place Anova LARE Grant winner for 2020.
