Quinn Residences Build-to-Rent communities grow by 325%

Since the beginning of 2021, Quinn Residences’ portfolio has grown from four to 17 communities (+325% growth), with seven communities now open and 10 delivering in the coming months. At completion, these 17 communities will comprise more than 2,300 build-to-rent homes across the Southeast.

A testament to the strength of the build-to-rent market is the $900 million Quinn Residences raised in equity from partners in October 2021, well surpassing its original $250 million goal.
To-date, St. Bourke has been engaged on five communities across the Quinn Residences’ portfolio with several more in the pipeline. The company is performing a wide range of services, including due diligence investigations, market research, site design, planning and permitting, and development management.
