SR Homes, known for building quality new homes in sought-after metro Atlanta locations, reorganized its senior leadership team with several internal promotions. Senior Vice President and CFO Les Stumpff is joined by James Tillman as Senior Vice President – Operations, and Jon Gajdik as Senior Vice President – Land Acquisition and Development.

As Senior Vice President and CFO, Stumpff is responsible for the growth and profitability of the company.  He brings more than 30 years of homebuilding industry experience to the job at SR Homes, having previously served as CFO at Ryland Homes, Wilson Parker Homes and Kerley Family Homes. Stumpff holds a degree in accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and earned his Florida CPA license while with Price Waterhouse in Tampa.

With over 20 years of residential construction experience, Tillman came to SR Homes with an impressive history of purchasing and operations experience for both national and private home builders including Kerley Family Homes, Beazer Homes and Venture Homes. In his new role as Senior Vice President – Operations, Tillman will oversee activities across departments to ensure the success of the operational plan for SR Homes.

Head of Land Acquisition and Development since 2015, Gajdik is also promoted to Senior VP. His previous experience includes serving as President of Construction Services Corporation, Director of Development at Venture Homes and Project Manager at Residential Development Services. Now, as Senior Vice President – Land Acquisition and Development, Gajdik is responsible for new community development operations including land acquisition, development and strategic partnerships with builders and developers.
