SR Homes Les Stumpff CFO

Local home builder SR Homes is pleased to announce Les Stumpff as its new Chief Financial Officer. As Senior Vice President and CFO, Stumpff is responsible for managing the financial affairs of SR Homes.

Stumpff brings more than 30 years of homebuilding industry experience to the job at SR Homes. He served as CFO for a majority of those years, having previously held the position at Ryland Homes, Wilson Parker Homes and Kerley Family Homes.

As CFO at Kerley Family Homes, a Top 100 Builder, Stumpff managed construction lender relationships with 12 banks as well as several non-bank lenders. At Knight Homes and Wilson Parker Homes, Stumpff was responsible for all treasury, finance, accounting and reporting functions.

Stumpff holds a degree in accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and earned his Florida CPA license while with Price Waterhouse in Tampa, crediting his success in the homebuilding industry to teamwork combined with honesty, integrity and high ethical standards.

Currently, SR Homes has 12 active new home communities in sought-after, highly ranked school districts within Forsyth, Clarke, DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall and Oconee counties.
