Top Atlanta home builder SR Homes is proud to announce it took home four OBIE Awards at this year’s celebration. Wins include four Gold OBIE Awards and one Silver OBIE Award.
Held on November 3, 2018, at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center, the Greater Atlanta Home Builder’s Association’s 38th annual OBIE Awards celebration is presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council. The OBIE Awards serve as the premier awards in the Atlanta market for residential real estate and new home construction industry.

- The Woodbridge at Gates at Limestone Creek, Single-Family Detached, $200,000 to $299,999
- The Bailey at Churchill Crossing, Single-Family Detached, $500,000 to $599,999
- The Woodbridge at Gates at Limestone Creek, Best Building Design – Detached Model, $200,000 to $299,999
- The Bailey at Churchill Crossing, Best Building Design – Detached Model, $500,000 to $599,999
SR Homes also received the following Silver OBIE Award:
- The Henson at Weston, Single-Family Detached, $300,000 to $399,999
