PulteGroup is proud to announce that Irene Hall has been named the new Marketing Manager of the Georgia Division. She is responsible for the marketing development and implementation of all PulteGroup brands – Del Webb, Pulte Homes and Centrex. A veteran of the real estate industry, Hall is excited to bring her creative energy and strategic know-how to a new company.

“I’m thrilled to be part of a strong builder team that continues to weather the challenging housing market and provide its customers with top notch service, quality homes in great locations and a buyer follow up program that is unsurpassed,” Hall said.

Hall brings over 20 years of executive real estate marketing experience to PulteGroup. Her areas of expertise include master planned developments; golf course and luxury single-family home communities; multi-family rental and condo product; active adult communities and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast. Throughout her career, she has provided comprehensive marketing management for builders, developers and real estate professionals.

Hall has enjoyed continuous success in brand positioning and marketing strategy over the years. Her efforts have resulted in multiple honors bestowed upon her by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, including Marketing Director of the Year.

Before joining PulteGroup, Hall worked in several upper management positions. Most recently, she led the marketing efforts for Soleil Laurel Canyon, an active-adult resort-style community in Canton, Georgia as well as the mixed-use development in Woodstock called Woodstock Downtown.
