Southwyck Homes plans to open brand-new design center

Premier home builder Southwyck Homes is proud to announce that a brand-new design center is set to open in the new year. The center exclusive to Southwyck Homes clients will elevate the homebuyer experience and deliver dream homes across the metro area. Recently, Interior Designer Janie Hirsch, founder of J. Hirsch Interior Design, shared details about what to expect from the exciting new center.

Placing great importance on creativity within the home, designing a home that meets the homebuyer’s needs is an important aspect of the Southwyck Homes homebuying experience. At the in-house design center, homebuyers can mix and match to create the home of their dreams. Each Southwyck Homes homebuyer meets with Hirsch at the design center to select finishes for their brand-new home. This includes choosing exterior materials and colors as well as interior finishes for cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, paint colors, plumbing and other details such as trim, beams, fireplaces, built-in cabinetry and more!

To offer a complete, hands-on experience, the appointment center includes viewing cabinetry choices to represent a wide variety of kitchen options from the builder’s manufactured cabinets as well as optional custom cabinets in exclusive finishes. Physical samples, as well as an onsite catalog, showcase the different options afforded to homebuyers as they select the pieces of their future home.

Hirsch said, “We plan on using every little bit of space to showcase as many samples as possible.”

Another exciting feature is a display featuring a 48-inch Wolf Professional Range in a custom kitchen cabinet and microwave drawer to show off the Southwyck Homes professional kitchen design options. Plumbing fixtures, custom vanities and a ghost wood mantle are additional highlighted features.

The customizable experience also allows homebuyers to select cabinet door styles and colors, cabinet hardware, tile and countertop designs and flooring options, including hardwood, tile, carpet and luxury vinyl plank.

The design center is located near the Southwyck Homes corporate office at 70 Mansell Court in Alpharetta and is expected to open in February of next year. For more information about Southwyck Homes and upcoming developments, visit www.SouthwyckHomes.com.
