What could be better than beer, brats, bands and Lederhosen? Attending the 40th Annual Oktoberfest for free. Housed at the Helen Festhalle in Hellen, Ga., the Oktoberfest celebrations begin Sept. 9 and continue through Oct. 31. The cost of admission is $7 Monday through Friday and $8 on Saturdays. However, you can attend for free on Sundays.
