Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Smyrna Grove for winning a Gold OBIE in the Community of the Year – Detached category. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
