Sharp Residential recently had 14 of their agents recognized for selling more than $1 million in homes in 2006. The Sharp agents were recognized at the Million Dollar Circle Awards Gala on May 10 at the Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead for reaching this milestone. The annual black tie event is presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) Sales and Marketing Council, and recognizes the great achievement that new home sales agents, sales managers and brokers have made. Blayne Pritchard received a silver award for having total volume sales $2 to $4.9 million. Gold winners from Sharp had total volume sales of $5 to $9.9 million and included Ansley Rivers and Rebecka Mendenhall. Those who had total volume sales of more than $10 million received platinum awards and those recipients were: Barry Reece, Brandi Fano, Charlie Causey, Chris Paradis, Jenny Conder, JoAnne Holbrook, Michael Barsky, Michael Vestal, Michelle Storms and Warren Spahn.
Tim McReynolds, Vice President of Sales for Sharp Residential, along with Ginny Bishop, Director of Marketing for Sharp Residential, also received high honors at the Million Dollar Awards. McReynolds, who was in the Chairman’s Sales Leadership Awards category, received recognition for having closed $50 million or above in new home sales. He was also the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. Bishop, who was in the Marketing Director and Manager Awards category, was a platinum award winner for having a total sales volume of more than $20 million.
