Seven88 West Midtown was recognized at the 41st annual OBIE Awards with three Gold and two Silver OBIEs for its floor plan and model home design, as well as its marketing efforts. The OBIE Awards, presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, recognize outstanding achievements within the homebuilding industry and serve as the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The Gold award for Best Interior Merchandising – Attached Model ($400,000 to $499,999) went to Seven88’s A5 floor plan, which is showcased in Unit 213. Designed for the needs of those with an active lifestyle, this unit has an open living and kitchen layout. This model focuses on the ability to have live, work, and play zones all within a spacious 1,000 square feet. Natural wood and neutral earth tones layered with organic textures and a mix of metals embody the playful and stylish nature of a young professional living in the heart of Atlanta. Unit 214, which showcases the B3 plan, was awarded the Gold for Best Interior Merchandising – Attached Model ($600,000 to $699,999). The B3 is a 1,394-square-foot condo with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The design team chose a masculine theme for this home, focusing on photography and sports. Custom photography prints highlight the residence’s proximity to Atlanta’s metropolitan sports scene, while concrete textures softened by warm cognac leathers invigorate the sense with a casual undertone. Finally, the C2 plan received the Silver OBIE for Best Interior Merchandising – Attached Model ($800,000 and above). Showcased in Unit 215, the C2 plan includes 1,930 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Offering a single-family feel thanks to the spaciousness of this condo, this model highlights an interest in design and fashion through the elegant and timelessly styled furnishings accented by an extensive modern and contemporary artwork collection. Seven88 West Midtown also received a Silver OBIE in the Best Building Design – Attached Model ($600,000 to $699,999) category for the B1-B plan.
