“Our rate lock incentives allow homebuyers to have a lower monthly mortgage payment meaning they can more easily qualify for the mortgage,” said Davidson Homes, Marketing Manager Brad Krewson. “Compared to market rates, that’s potentially hundreds of dollars we’re putting back in your wallet every month.”
All active Davidson Homes communities in the metro Atlanta area are eligible, except for Tanglewood and Manor Estates. Interest rates range from as low as 4.876% (5.109%APR) on select Quick Move-in homes to 5.125% for an Extended Rate Lock.
