The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Sandy Epstein on winning a Gold OBIE for Salesperson of the Year for her work with Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta on Jim Chapman Homes’ Brookhaven at Johns Creek. The OBIE awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

Sandy Epstein is an outstanding sales agent. The amount of sales volume she creates and her outstanding people skills are a daily amazement to those who have the fortune of working with her. She is a shining star in this industry and is always willing to help others by allowing them to shadow her and work with her to help them learn how to be successful, overcome objections and close sales.

In the newly released portion of phase two of Sandy’s Brookhaven at Johns Creek location, Sandy sold no less than 12 units in four days. In addition to her great sales activity, she is raising prices with every eighth sale. Brookhaven at Johns Creek was a slow performing community prior to Sandy taking it over in January of 2013. She was able to help streamline the design center process and the options and started selling immediately, selling 86 units and closing 48 with an average sales price of $365,000 in her first six months. The total dollar volume Sandy has completed since she started is an astounding $22,051,641, and her gross sales volume for the year is an incredible $17,679,017. An outstanding achievement, especially given the difficulties that Sandy has had to overcome:  not having models of the plans she is selling, selling without inventory, and long delays on construction and completion.

Sandy is phenomenal with the clients and is able to easily walk them through the long buying process while keeping them excited and happy the entire journey. She utterly thrives at selling pre-sales and has mastered selling the dream to buyers.  For her incredible hard work and astounding results, she is to be congratulated and celebrated.
