Ashton Adams with Century Communities won the Rookie Salesperson of the Year Award at the 44th Annual OBIE Awards celebration during the highly anticipated annual event. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), the coveted awards recognize the incredible talent in the metro Atlanta new home construction industry.
With extensive sales experience and excellent abilities in customer relations, Adams produced high levels of satisfaction with his buyers and co-op agents that ensured repeat and referral business. He is adept at maintaining a contact and customer network and can keep an air of calm in high-pressure situations, instilling confidence in those around him. Adams proudly served his company for the past year in several distinct neighborhoods ranging from midsized single-family homes in the growing Lawrenceville area, high-end estate houses in a quiet enclave community in Buford, and one of Banks County’s premier golf club subdivisions.
When not working on the sales floor, he is a published writer of children’s comic books, enjoys illustration and, most importantly, is a proud single father who is overjoyed to spend time with his two sons and young daughter, participating in their many extracurricular activities.
