At this year’s 42nd Annual OBIE Awards, Ida Spahr, Lindsey Rose, Maya Caffey and Alex Jenkins with Rocklyn Homes were named the Sales Team of the Year! The OBIE Awards acknowledge the talent within the Atlanta’s new home construction industry and are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA). Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates the talented team and Rocklyn Homes on this impressive accolade!

Spahr stated, “Maya was the arm we were missing when she joined the team in 1st quarter of 2021, and she always brings a positive attitude.”
