Now that the fall season is in full swing, it’s time to get outdoors and revel in all of the things that make this time of the year so great. Whether it is sweaters and bonfires or bright orange pumpkins and ghost costumes that make you love fall, visiting one of these fun metro Atlanta corn mazes is a great way to usher in the season.

Cagle’s Family Farm is located in the Hickory Flat area of Cherokee County, and they are celebrating their 13th year of having a corn maze at the farm. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until Nov. 17, you can enjoy tons of family-friendly fun at the pumpkin patch, wandering through the corn maze, taking a bonfire hayride, petting farm animals, taking an ag-venture farm tour and eating delicious farm food that includes BBQ, snacks, drinks, hot chocolate, hamburgers and hotdogs.

Just west of Atlanta, Carlton Farm in Rockmart is enjoying a corn maze that’s even taller and better than before thanks to the abundance of rain this year. The five-acre field has two miles of trails that are open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Nov. 2. Be sure to bring a flashlight if you come at night, or come during the day and enjoy the hayride, animal barn and play area.

The Duck Dynasty-themed corn maze in Loganville that features Si Robertson’s likeness has garnered national attention, and we can see why! The Corn Dawgs maze is open Fridays through Sundays until Nov. 3. New this year, kids can become a corn maze CSI and solve the mystery within the maze. Visitors will also enjoy Corn Dawgs Idol, where you can vote for your favorite local talent. In addition, you can enjoy hayrides, cornhole games, a play ground, petting zoo, pumpkin patch and much more.

Washington Farms, located in Watkinsville, is the perfect place for visitors to have fun and make memories on a real, working farm. The fall fun consists of hayrides, a concession stand, petting zoo, cow train, corn maze, pumpkin patch, corn cannon, pumpkin slingshot, pig races and more. The farm is open to the public Fridays through Sundays until Nov. 3.

The Buford Corn Maze is the perfect fall family experience. Open Fridays through Sundays from now until Nov. 3, the fun includes a haunted forest, hayride, pumpkin patch and carving contest, five-acre corn maze, live entertainment, bounce house, pony rides and face painting.

At Mitcham Farm in Oxford, you will find Colonel Cob’s Corn Maze, a seven-acre corn field with two-and-a-half miles of fun paths to get lost in that features a cowboy design. This year, kids will enjoy the Farm Scene Investigation, which allows corn maze participants to do more than just find their way through the maze. At the farm you will also be able to visit a petting zoo, play on a mountain slide, see a corn silo, take helicopter rides and hay rides and enjoy on old-fashioned bonfire cookout. The fall fun can be found at Mitcham Farm now through Nov. 3 on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as Wednesdays during October.

On Atlanta’s Southside, you will find Southern Belle Farm in McDonough, a 200-acre working farm. There, visitors will enjoy a corn maze, pumpkin patch, pig and duck races and a hayride that takes you on a tour of the farm where you’ll see the Holstein dairy cows, cotton, berry patches and more. Don’t miss MiMi’s Kitchen and Country Market, which has yummy treats right off of the grill and seasonal décor.

Situated at the base of the North Georgia Mountains, Uncle Shuck’s in Dawsonville features a 12-acre cornfield with four miles of trails that twist, turn and sometimes come to a dead end. Open every day in October, visitors will enjoy a corn cannon, pumpkin patch, goat walk and a hayride that ends at a cozy bonfire where you can roast marshmallows and enjoy the calming crackle of the fire in true farm-style relaxation. Visit the corn maze on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings beginning at dusk, and you can try the haunted maze if you dare.
