Graphic to advertise the OBIE Awards

The 41st annual OBIE Awards, a highly anticipated awards ceremony hosted by the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), are just a few months away. This spectacular evening is the lively event of the season, where the top names and faces of the Atlanta new homes industry come together for the black-tie optional affair, hoping to hear their name or company called as a recipient for a Gold Award. This event is a perfect opportunity to connect with the movers and shakers in the real estate industry and do some networking.

Considered a premier award in the new home construction industry, the obelisk-shaped award (for which the OBIEs are named) has been presented since 1980. The awards competition has grown to include more than 100 home building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The awards recognize outstanding accomplishments within the Atlanta real estate community.

This year’s celebration is on Saturday, October 23, at the Georgia Aquarium located at 225 Baker Street NW in Atlanta. The cocktail reception begins at 5:30 p.m. with dinner and awards ceremony beginning at 7:00 p.m.
