Congratulations to Arrie Oliver with Copper Sky Design + Remodel for winning Remodeler of the Year at the 42nd Annual OBIE Awards! A prestigious award, the OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA).

As a construction project manager, Oliver started with Copper Sky Design + Remodel in July 2020. He quickly moved up the ranks and was promoted to Production Manager in February of this year. He oversees the Copper Sky Design + Remodel 5-person project management team and is responsible for all aspects of the construction phase with clients.

In his new role, Oliver immediately implemented several needed process changes to allow his group to run smoother and gain additional efficiencies in the company. Some of his process changes include weekly meetings with each project manager at the job site location, monthly customer check-in calls, a 60-day and one-year warranty system and a hierarchical project manager structure.

He also serves on the Leadership team at Copper Sky Design + Remodel and is the company’s most trusted and admired employee.
