Warm up your throwing arm just in time for tailgating season at the Young Professionals Group’s Boards and Brews cornhole tournament! The YPG invites all Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association members to the tournament taking place Thursday, August 23 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Pontoon Brewing in Sandy Springs.
This night of networking and fun is open to everyone, but the first 16 teams to register will be entered into the cornhole tournament! The single-elimination tournament is $60 per team or $30 for individual players that would like to be paired with a partner. Registration for these first 32 participants includes entry into the tournament, as well as drink tickets and food. All participants, be prepared – a prize will be awarded to the first place team!
Love to network but not ready to be involved in a full-blown tournament? This event is still for you! Admission for non-tournament attendees is $25 per person and of course includes beverages, food and all of the fun. You can even try your hand at cornhole in a more casual setting – additional cornhole boards will be available for use outside of the tournament.
Brand Mortgage will be on hand with a fun tailgate trailer cooking up traditional tailgate food, like grilled burgers, hot dogs and more. All of the food pairs perfectly with Pontoon Brewing’s flagship brews, like the Hazy River IPL, Galaxy Drifter American IPA or the Flotation Device Berliner Weisse. You’ll even have the opportunity to try Pontoon’s Seasonal Releases and Limited Releases on tap during the event. Can’t get enough?
