Ravin Homes has been in business for 35 years, and during that time, we have learned the value of staying ahead of the curve. Whether that means addressing the ever-changing needs of consumers or adhering to the latest building standards, keeping up with the times is vital to our success.

With the amendments to the 2009 energy code that went into effect on July 1, 2011, homebuilders have to be sure the exterior of their homes are sealed properly and that the duct work and HVAC systems don’t leak into the attic or unconditioned space. Because these new guidelines were originally scheduled to be implemented on January 1, 2011, Ravin Homes started conducting the blower door tests and duct blaster tests on our homes in October 2010. This gave us time to make any adjustments to our building techniques, if necessary, prior to the new guidelines taking effect. Ravin Homes passed all of the tests the first time and every time since, indicating that we were meeting the new energy efficiency guidelines well before any state requirements took effect.

Our commitment to quality has not been lost on homebuyers, especially at our popular Cedarcroft community in Peachtree City, Ga. We are currently building four new specs (one of which is already under contract). We have also broken ground for a brand new model home. If you’re looking for a custom-built home, Ravin Homes will work with you to choose a floor plan, modify an existing plan or create one from scratch. You can have the dream kitchen or home theater you’ve always wanted. Plus, you and your family will enjoy all of the benefits that come with living in beautiful Peachtree City.

With prices starting from the mid $200’s, building the perfect home is more affordable than you think. Not only will you be able to pick out your features without compromising, but you’ll also have the peace of mind that comes with knowing your home adheres to the highest construction standards.
