Pure Maintenance of Georgia Joshua Bellows Radio Guest

Joshua Bellows, president and CEO of Pure Maintenance of Georgia, is on-air for this week’s Around Atlanta segment of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, Bellows addresses concerns regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) including sterilization and disinfecting services available from Pure Maintenance.

With a master’s degree in international business and finance, Bellows spent much of his career in the international business industry where he managed a German machinery company, as well as Pure Maintenance Dry Fog Testworked with venture capital and technology firms doing natural gas conversions for types of diesel and vehicles. Prior to becoming president of Pure Maintenance, he worked with a technology company where he manufactured and engineered a variety of products and services for a range of commercial, residential and government clients.

Local to the state, Pure Maintenance offers both commercial and residential sterilization and disinfection services along with odor removal and mold remediation. Before the coronavirus pandemic began, Bellows stated that his company was primarily doing mold remediation projects. However, today’s new normal and the need for safer environments has provided the company with many new lines of businesses and customer needs.

In the past few months, as businesses have begun reopening, they have seen a dramatic increase in requests for sterilization and disinfection services. So much in fact, that the company created its own ongoing coronavirus treatment and dropped prices in half to allow for more affordable access.

The sterilization and disinfection treatments use the company’s patented dry-fog technology, a hospital-grade, non-toxic sterilant, that is Pure Maintenance Dry Fog Technologyused in hospitals and kills pathogens such as viruses, mold and bacteria in a very short amount of time. The product base consists of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide that is turned into small particles. Those particles create the fog that is released into large areas to fill microscopic spaces including corners and fabric surfaces.

Because of its natural components, the dry fog treatment is also safe for food preparation surfaces, requiring no wipe-down in between. Following the dry fog treatment, Pure Maintenance places an antimicrobial on all surfaces for added protection. This antimicrobial attracts viruses and bacteria to kill them for up to 90 days after the treatment.

The product used in treatment is non-toxic, free of any harsh chemicals or heavy metals and approved by both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Particles evaporate approximately 38 minutes after the treatment is complete and leaves no residual scent or residue. Bellows recommends maintaining this sterilization every 90 days, or more frequently depending on the size of the space and amount of high-contact areas.
