2. Guaranteed Lease Program – We have found a way to offer our customers a guaranteed lease program on their current home for up to six years.
3. Six Months Payments – Qualified buyers can avoid making mortgage payments for up to six months after closing on their new home. This program is offered through Pulte Mortgage and the Pulte Buyer Rewards Program. Restrictions may apply.
4. Delayed Delivery – Have the perfect home and homesite in mind but need more time? Talk to Pulte Group about a delayed delivery offering up to 12 months time from contract to close.
