Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates The Providence Group for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion-Developer-Budget over $10,000 category for Bellmoore Park. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
The Providence Group is the developer of Bellmoore Park, a master-planned community located in Johns Creek in North Fulton County. The Bellmoore Park Fall Festival was promoted from August 2016 to October 2016 and was held on Saturday, October 22nd. This large event was geared towards both home owners and prospective home buyers to showcase the amenities, homes and lifestyle provided at Bellmoore Park while providing a fun, family-friendly event for everyone. This event was promoted through many marketing avenues including a billboard, onsite signage, e-blasts, printed flyers, Facebook ads and promos, print ads and paid search campaigns and produced 375 guests.
The Bellmoore Park Fall Festival successfully produced approximately 400 home buyers and home owners to the event providing so many fun and free activities including three food trucks, Dippin’ Dots ice cream, a live bluegrass band, bouncy houses, carnival games, pumpkin patch, face painting and hayrides for all. All of the guests were so appreciative to experience such a fun fall afternoon enjoying the expansive Grand Lawn at Bellmoore Park without any expense to their family and friends.
