The Providence Group Seeking Marketing Coordinator in Atlanta

The Providence Group of Georgia is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator in its Atlanta office. The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with The Providence Group VP of Sales and Marketing in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising programs.

The Marketing Coordinator position will entail the following:

  • Assist VP of Sales and Marketing to determine marketing opportunities including pricing options and coordination of implementation in a timely, organized and professional manner.
  • Work with VP of Sales and Marketing on development of and managing community specific marketing plans that are consistent with the company’s mission, vision and branding strategy.
  • Attend and oversee the execution of community events, including eblasts, schedules, vendor coordination, signage, budgets and onsite coordination.
  • Manage relations and coordination with outside vendors (sign company, printers, eblast distribution companies, BDX (renderings), PR firm and social media firm when applicable).
  • Responsible for all signage needs including entrance signs, lot signs, model home signs, parking signs, weekend directional signs, off-site permanent signs, etc.
  • Responsible for implementation of various marketing collateral-brochures, direct mail, flyers, folders, sales tools, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining all home design collateral including coordinating with architects and VP of Product Development. Includes distributing updated collateral to sales agents and OPS team and updating website
  • Maintain stock/supply of all marketing materials and promotional items and manage the distribution of supplies to reduce unnecessary waste

Specific marketing responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for maintaining the company’s social media applications to disburse company and community events, promotions, photos, videos and community updates. Includes Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube. Assist VP of Sales and Marketing with social media campaigns and coordination with outside social media firm when applicable. Assist with Vlog ideas, filming, posting and promotion.
  • Maintain company YouTube channel including uploading weekly Atlanta’s Best New Homes TV features in a timely manner and distributing all appropriate link to marketing and sales team
  • Responsible for writing company blog posts and maintaining a blog timeline on topic ideas including events, promotions, model home openings, community grand openings, local events, etc.
  • Responsible for assisting the VP of Sales & Marketing and Online Sales Consultant with maintenance of the website including home designs, photo and video galleries
  • Maintain a positive relationship with our sales team and provide collateral supplies based on a monthly collateral request fulfillment calendar. Includes helium tanks, balloons and marketing material.
  • Responsible for updating monthly community flyers with outside graphic designer including print and eblast files and distribution
  • Responsible for all company business card order process
  • Future responsibilities will include assistance with eblast distribution through Lasso to our onsite database including reporting statistics on results.

Ideal candidates have a college degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, special events or related field with 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience. Homebuilding experience is not required. Candidates must have superior oral and written communication skills and hold the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of organization, detail orientation, time management and efficiency, and handle quick deadlines is preferred.
