The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC, a Green Brick Partner, recently announced its position as the first builder in Harvest Park, a multi-phase development coming soon to Suwanee, Georgia. Harvest Park will feature 208 homes with The Providence Group being responsible for 38 single-family homes and 61 townhomes for 99 total homes – nearly half of the development.

Townhomes from The Providence Group will start from the mid-$300,000s, while the single-family homes will start from the mid-$400,000s. With construction beginning in December 2018, model homes will open in March 2019.

Located on the west side of Main Street, Harvest Park will connect to the existing 63-acre mixed-use Town Center development via a pedestrian bridge. Residents will enjoy walkability to the center of Suwanee and its 10-acre urban-style park with 100,000+ square feet of retail and 87,000+ square feet of office space. Community amenities within Harvest Park will include a swimming pool with cabanas and multiple community parks.
