Portia joined Silverstone Communities in May 2016 where she successfully sold homes in a community that had previously struggled with sales. She was able to look past what others saw as a challenge and meet it instead as an opportunity to prevail.
Portia is extremely passionate about her business and the relationships she has cultivated over the past 18 years which carries over into her successes on a multitude of levels. She is married to a Navy Veteran and has carried her families’ military traditions into her real estate career. She stands firmly on her word, and an honest handshake seals every deal!
Even with all her amazing success and commitment to clients and goals, Portia is still able to be highly active in her community teaching financial management, budgeting and hosting First-Time Home Buyer seminars at local churches and schools. She was President of the Luella Lions Booster Club from 2013 to 2015 and actively participates in Career Day at Evoline C. West Elementary School and Dunbar Elementary School, and she volunteers and donates school supplies to both. She also actively volunteers for the City of East Point Health Fairs and is involved in many community events held within the City of East Point where she grew up.
Portia is truly passionate about everything she does and is constantly seeking new ways to innovate and improve on all levels in her life. As such, she is frequently and happily called upon by the company, colleagues and junior agents to share success stories, advise, offer support, lead and mentor.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 38th anniversary in 2018. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to include more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The OBIE Awards are named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given.
