Veteran Pope & Land Managing Director, Kirk Billings, announces his departure from Pope & Land after more than 11 years to begin a new venture, Bowline Investment Group.
While at Pope & Land, Kirk was involved in many signature acquisitions and developments. Under his leadership, Pope & Land-related entities acquired, developed, capitalized or sold mixed-use land and value-add income projects throughout the Southeast.

Bowline Investment Group will focus on commercial real estate opportunities in the Southeast.

Billings’ previous experience includes working for capital markets at Cushman and Wakefield and commercial real estate lending at SunTrust Bank.
