Sales and Marketing Manager of Piedmont Residential, Shelby Feinberg, is in studio for today’s episode of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, the group discusses several new home communities and opportunities from Piedmont Residential.

Feinberg has been with Piedmont Residential for over seven years, and in her current position for six years. Piedmont Residential is a new construction home builder that builds around 300 new homes a year. The homes are built-in and around metro Atlanta and primarily for first-time buyers. Recently, it has branched more into active adult buyers, as well as move-up buyers.

“We really over the last 12 years have tried to work with our product to bring anything to the table in an affordable way to meet any buyers’ needs,” said Feinberg.
