Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Peggy Slappey Properties for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Print Communications – Magazine Ad category for a company branding ad. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
A branding piece for Peggy Slappey Properties, this ad was designed to appeal to an audience looking for more in a real estate company. The layout was kept hip and modern, placing the PSP logo strategically as a stand-alone feature alongside a purposefully bigger, bolder photo. The target audience included buyers from 27 to 45 years old. This is not the typical real estate ad with a home photo and contact info. It is meant to engage, grab the attention, and provoke emotion with an unexpected, bigger image that is still relatable. Copy was kept short and to the point with an easily readable layout and flow. The ad ran for one issue and utilized a unique tracking phone number to identify results. In the following weeks, Peggy Slappey Properties received many calls and were able to engage new clients because of this ad.
