Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
Launching a new corporate logo, Patrick Malloy Communities wanted to develop a new corporate ad that supported and highlighted the new logo/company look and the great neighborhoods and areas the company was building. The new corporate ad highlights the logo with a large logo at the top of the ad and green bar down the side of the ad which emphasized the new green color and stamped it as corporate brand color. The communities are listed in a bold white by county making it easy to inform and easy for the consumer to see all of the Patrick Malloy communities.
The ad was kept clean and simple just like the new logo. Rather than the standard picture of an exterior or interior of a house, a large lifestyle picture was used to pull the consumer in and to support the new corporate tagline “Live on a Different Level.” The photo of the father and daughter builds a relationship and a memory with the consumer – Patrick Malloy builds homes for your life and how you live. The photo sublimely says we care how you live in your home.
The copy was kept simple with straightforward copy supporting the new tagline. The new corporate ad mimics the new corporate logo closely with clean, fresh lines and clean, fresh colors of white and green. The corporate ad was placed in a new home relocation publication and relocation traffic and inquiries increased to the communities. The new corporate ad has been very successful in driving traffic to the website and to Patrick Malloy communities.
