Congratulations to Patricia Martin with Century Communities for taking home Online Specialist of the Year at the 42nd Annual OBIE Awards Event! A premier award in the Atlanta new home construction industry, the OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA).

Martin has personally managed nearly 10,000 online leads over the past year, with 94% of all scheduled appointments kept. Among all of her kept appointments scheduled, over 30% of those visits resulted in sales

Martin helped support the new Century Communities Buy Online feature, allowing buyers to purchase a new home 100% online. The Buy Online feature has been a popular resource for many buyers relocating to the Atlanta market.

Excelling at creating video emails to connect with online leads and to re-engage prior leads, some of Martin’s most successful video email campaigns for the past year included: updates regarding future communities, marketing events, and fun holiday videos, such as the one provided in the Video URL.

Martin also designed and implemented a training and development program for 16 other Online Sales Counselors around the nation. In the past year, this online sales team has managed more than 77,000 total leads and contributed to approximately 40% of the company’s net sales among all divisions.
