Regional New Home Builder Filling Available Positions Throughout Metro Atlanta, Including Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent Positions at Oakleigh Pointe in Dallas, Ga.

With a number of exciting new home communities planned to hit the Atlanta market in late 2018 and early 2019, regional home builder Paran Homes is now hiring construction professionals to enhance an already stellar team. Chief among the several available positions are two open positions at Oakleigh Pointe in Dallas, Georgia, where a Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent are currently being sought. Additional “Coming Soon” communities in College Park, Loganville, Snellville and East Cobb will soon begin building their construction teams, as well.

The first two listed positions at Oakleigh Pointe include:

• Superintendent: Reporting directly to the Construction Area Manager, the Superintendent will oversee all subcontractors and management of the individual build/jobsite of the residential home. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate must also possess knowledge of local, state and federal codes associated with residential development, as well as the ability to read and interpret contracts, closing documents and plats.
• Assistant Superintendent: The Assistant Superintendent assists the Superintendent in the performance of all of his/her duties, including scheduling and maintaining all construction phases post drywall through closing along with Home Owner Orientations. Qualified candidates for this position must possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
