The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Paces Construction Co, LLC  for winning a Gold OBIE in the Outdoor Living Under $75,000 – Residential Remodeling category for Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta. The OBIE awards are the highest honor given to Atlanta real estate.

Paces Construction Co. designed and built a covered deck using a mix of new and old cedar beams, installing two large French doors in place of windows. A matching cedar driveway arbor with a covered entry was created along with a deck made out of scrap materials and steps with unique hand railing leading to a simple fire circle.
