Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), the coveted awards recognize the incredible talent in the metro Atlanta new home construction industry.
Dedicated, customer-focused, and results-driven, she is ideally suited to the role of lead Internet Advisor. Not only is Thomson an ace at juggling the needs of thousands of prospective Customers, but she also flawlessly manages the Atlanta market and nine growing metro area submarkets—with more to come. Often the first point of contact for prospects, she has in-depth knowledge of six active communities and five “coming soon” communities opening over the next six months.
Her cheery nature, enthusiasm for her work, and wealth of knowledge make her a perfect introduction to her builder’s second-to-none homebuilding experience. This added layer of insight allows her to skillfully and intelligently guide the Customers she serves. As a result, between June 2023 and April 2024, Thomson managed 2374 new leads and set 346 appointments with on-site Sales Consultants – which resulted in 86 sales, representing 63% of all sales within her division during the same period. She was integral in placing her division in the top three of her builder’s 19 markets across the nation regarding sales based on online leads. Thomson is proof positive that one person truly can make a difference.
