Adaptive Reuse Project Slated to Open in Fall 2022

OLIVE & PINE, a modified repurpose of a 60-year-old industrial complex by 6 Olive Development, provides a community-focused business list to Avondale Estates.

Settled in the heart of the Avondale Estates entertainment district, OLIVE & PINE is a multipurpose complex set to open this fall. Focusing primarily on the adaptive reuse of the 1950s warehouse, this 25,000-square-foot property perfectly marries the existing characteristics with new architectural features.

“The combination of the unique quality of the OLIVE & PINE building, where it is located within the district, and the artistic nature of the surrounding area would make OLIVE & PINE and Avondale Estates a very special place to visit,” said Steven Chan, Partner, 6 Olive Development. “We are honored to be making this project among amazing neighbors. We are committed to providing top-quality retail destinations and service businesses with local operators.”
