And yesterday was an even better time! Ted C. Jones, Chief Economist for Stewart Title shared some of his economic outlook and Texas humor at the NAREE conference.
The U.S. added 157,000 jobs in May, unemployment is at 4.5% and Jones does not see a recession coming. U.S. job growth is at almost 13% above the average with 1.866 million net new jobs added in the past 12 months. Job growth has slowed a bit, but Jones is not worried.
Additionally a minimum of 87% of subprime loans are still performing.
