Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The eCampaign was sent out to potential homebuyers and agents through a CRM system to invite them to the Grand Opening celebration of No.2 Opus Place. The event took place in the evening on the property of the future site of the tower’s Sales Gallery located at 98 14th Street. The gala featured a luxury tent with chandeliers, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and a performance by legendary artist Jennifer Holliday, one of R&B and Broadway’s greatest voices.
The event proved to be extremely successful. Over 600 people attended the event and three contracts were written for residences at No.2 Opus Place. 4,783 people opened the eblast with a 30.16 percent average open rate and 326 unique clicks with a total of 485 clicks. 1,386 people forwarded the invitation to others.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 37th anniversary in 2017. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to include more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The OBIE Awards are named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given.
